Our many class offerings cover the gamut of CDC recommended physical activity, including aerobic exercise, strengthening for bones and muscles, balance and flexibility and more. Our instructors vary the exercises and make exercise fun and other members are supportive of each other. Our classes may change over time to add variety and adjust to members’ changing desires for times and exercise.

Virtual classes are available for current members via Zoom.  Each virtual class has its own link that expires monthly.  If you wish to participate in these virtual classes and are not already part of the email list, simply provide a staff member your email address and ask to receive the Zoom links.  Please remember it may take up to 48 hours to receive the email containing the Zoom links.
